On the 13th of February 2017, a residential CCTV caught a footage of Pastor Raymond Koh being abducted in broad daylight as his car was lured to a stop by three black SUVs, to which he was then seen being coerced out of his vehicle and into one of the black cars, and driven off.
Raymond and Susanna Koh. Raymond was abducted in February of 2017, and Susanna has been fighting for him ever since.
The abduction took less than two minutes, and the eye-witness said it was done professionally – as if they were trained for this.
In February of 2020, Susanna sued the Malaysian government and several senior police officers for their negligence in the investigation of finding Pastor Raymond.
“In her lawsuit, Liew (Susanna Koh) is seeking for several court orders including an order for the police and government to determine and disclose Koh’s whereabouts, …Liew also wants a court declaration that Koh’s and Liew’s constitutional rights had been violated, and for compensation in the form of general damages and exemplary damages.” –Malay Mail, December 2022.
Since then, both plaintiff and defence have brought their witnesses to testify and be cross examined in an open court. Many truths and long-awaited documents were unveiled throughout court proceedings, and now the date has arrived for the final verdict to be delivered.
